Yes. We combine several clients' cargo into one truck, so there is no need to wait for a truck of your own. The transport cost is shared and comes out cheaper for you.

How do I know where my cargo is?

You sign in to @BL_tracking_bot once, and after that the "My cargo" section always shows which stage your cargo is at, its weight and volume. When a stage changes, the message arrives on its own.

Can I talk to an operator?

Yes. @BL_tracking_bot has a "Contact staff" button: you write your question and our staff answer. The operator sees every message you send, with no limit. Working hours are 09:00-18:00.

Do you collect the cargo from the factory yourselves?

Yes. We contact the factory or seller in China ourselves, collect the cargo, bring it to our own warehouse, store it and prepare it for dispatch.

Who prepares the documents?

We help prepare the Invoice, Packing List and other logistics documents, and we advise on import procedures and customs clearance.
